Jebediah - My appointment with Jebediah on the property was not rushed. He was very thorough in taking measurements and photos, addressing all of my concerns in detail. I was appreciative of his patience and continued availability after sending a very detailed 13-page estimate. Brenda - As business manager, Brenda is a tireless and approachable advocate from start to finish. She was in constant contact regarding every aspect of the project. Her positivity is infectious and well timed. Brenda’s comprehensive knowledge of the GoGreen Financing options and criteria was extremely beneficial and alleviated so much stress. Always a step ahead of me in addressing my concerns, Brenda made this fun! Steve - Steve was very generous in his communication with me during the tear-off and roof replacement. He was on site and on top of everything (literally) and gave daily updates. Steve was always available even afterwards for my questions and concerns. The Amazing Roofing Team - The team up on the roof was comprised of extremely talented and dedicated craftsmen. They clearly have the technical expertise to make this happen in such a short time frame and were always respectful of the property. Replacing a roof can be an intimidating process. You want to make sure you have the right company that’s going to do a solid job at a reasonable price, especially with a complicated roof. I had five different companies bid on my job and … More it was apparent that Armament was head and shoulders above the competition. First, Jedediah came to my house to conduct the quote survey. He was on time, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The other companies tacked on a lot of unnecessary expenses which ballooned the cost or they didn’t show up when they said they would or didn’t show up at all. The quote I received was very professional and at a very competitive price. The choice to go with Armament was easy because they made the choice an easy one. Once the contract was signed, Brenda was on top of things from the start. She communicated with me every step of way with scheduling and what to expect during the process. The work was delayed for a couple of weeks because of weather, but Brenda kept me informed (even texting me on Easter Sunday). Steve contacted me ahead of time before the work began to inform me about how the work would be conducted and what would happen when. He and his team showed up bright and early on the day they said they would begin and got right to work. They are a very able and friendly crew with Steve orchestrating the job form start to finish. The work was actually done ahead of schedule, and the roof and gutters look great. I cannot recommend Armament enough. If you want a reliable, professional company to do a reliable, professional job, go with Armament.

I had two separate crews from Armament do work on my house: one for replacing the roof, one for repainting the house. From start to finish, the crews did fantastic and efficient work, were very professional, and thoroughly cleaned up at … More the end of each day. The roofing crew boss kept us in the loop almost every day as to what was going on and what was coming next; the painting crew boss didn't keep us updated unless we asked--this is really the only critique I have, and in the grand scheme of things didn't really matter because the job was done well and efficiently. Really I think both crews exceeded our expectation. I'm quite happy with the work they did and would absolutely go with Armament again for roofing or painting.
